These desirable attributes are easily transferrable to our fast-paced work environment. We are committed to continuing to employ service men and women, and we thank them for their service.
CO-OP AND INTERNSHIPS
Gain Real-world Experience & Grow with Us
True is proud to partner with many universities and higher education institutions. Our mission is to fuel our innovation by fostering talented, career-minded students through co-ops and internships in several key business areas. We make this investment in support of our most valuable asset—our people.
Our recruitment cycle typically runs from September through February each year. Both programs are paid positions and allow students to apply coursework to a variety of individual assignments and team-based projects. These positions provide access to talented industry leaders with the opportunity to help innovate and improve our manufacturing processes. Our summer internships are a 10-12 week learning experience during the summer months. Our co-op program typically requires a semester-long commitment from January through August or June through December. Look for us at campus job fairs from September through February each year.
