Garlic Hummus

Ingredients for the Garlic Hummus
- 1 can chickpeas, drained (save juice)
- 1 cup tahini
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- ¾ cup roasted garlic
- 2 cups reserved chickpea juice
- ¼ cup garlic oil
To make the Garlic Hummus
Place all ingredients, except the garlic oil, into a food processor. If needed, process in batches. Blend for 2 minutes, adding the garlic oil during the last 10 seconds. Garnish with paprika and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with tortilla chips.
