Blueberry Boost Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 whole banana, peeled and cut into pieces

1 cup kefir

1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoons cocoa nibs for topping

Instructions:

Add all ingredients except for the cocoa nibs to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with cocoa nibs.

Kefir is a great source of probiotics and calcium. Blueberries and cocoa nibs contain antioxidants. The nibs also provide an energy boost. Chia seeds are packed with the health benefits of having high levels of protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber and many other vitamins and nutrients.
