Instructions to make the Filling:
In a mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar on high until smooth. Add in sour cream and mix well. Turn the mixer on the lowest speed and add the eggs one at a time.
Melt the chocolate chips in microwave or in saucepan. Add the melted chocolate chips into the cream mixture on medium for several minutes until the batter is smooth. Pour the filling on top of the strawberry pie filling in the cheesecake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from oven and cool for one hour. Refrigerate overnight, or until the cheesecake is completely chilled and then remove from springform pan.
