Can anyone work on my True cabinet?

Yes, as long as they are licensed in commercial refrigeration. True has preferred and recommended service companies that are familiar with our products. To find a preferred or recommended service company, please visit the Service Company Locator.

How do I get reimbursed for a warranty compressor?

To receive credit for a warranty compressor please complete the Warranty Compressor Form. A picture of the compressor tag and cabinet serial number is required for reimbursement. A copy of the replacement compressor invoice must be included with the compressor tag if not purchased from True.

How do I know if my cabinet is still under warranty?

To verify warranty please contact the Warranty Department at 855.878.9277 or email [email protected]. A cabinet serial number is required to verify warranty.

How do I place a warranty part order?

Warranty part orders can be called in to the warranty department at 855.878.9277, emailed to [email protected], or faxed to 636.980.8510. Please make sure to include the cabinet serial number.

How do I register my cabinet?

You can submit a copy of your bill of sale with model, serial number and your company name and address. Please email it to [email protected].

How do I replace a defective compressor?

How do I schedule a warranty service call, and what do I need to provide when scheduling service?

On the Service Company Locator, enter your zip/postal code for a service agent near you. You would contact the service agent directly and provide the cabinet serial number, your location, and issue needing to be addressed.

How much time do you allow for repairs?

Time allowed varies by model and can be found on our Repair Guidelines by Model list.

When will my warranty part order ship?

Shipping times depend on part availability and peak times. To check on a specific warranty order please contact the warranty department direct at 855.878.9277 or email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to include the cabinet serial number.

Where can I find my cabinet serial number?

Your cabinet serial number is typically located on the inside left wall of the cabinet. Occasionally, the cabinet serial number is on the right inside wall of the cabinet.
